rahaph Terms & Conditions

1.1 By accessing rahaph.cam, registering an account, or using any feature of the rahaph platform, you unconditionally agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions offered by rahaph.

1.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the rahaph platform and, if applicable, close your account.

1.3 rahaph reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. All amendments shall take effect upon publication on the rahaph website. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 To register and use the rahaph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gaming in the Philippines as mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or family member of a household of an employee of rahaph or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be currently under a self-exclusion agreement with rahaph or any other gambling operator from which you have excluded yourself.
• You must be using your own funds and not acting on behalf of a third party.

2.2 rahaph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during a player's use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.

3.1 To access real-money games and features on rahaph, you must register an account. Account registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number.

3.2 One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to maintain only one rahaph account. The registration or use of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. rahaph employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended, and all balances and winnings associated with those accounts may be voided.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rahaph login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. rahaph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: rahaph is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID) upon request. KYC verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal. Accounts where verification cannot be completed may be suspended.

3.5 You must promptly notify rahaph of any unauthorized use of your account by contacting [email protected].

4.1 Deposits: rahaph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, GrabPay, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). rahaph does not accept deposits made from credit cards, third-party payment sources, or funds that belong to another individual.

4.2 Deposits are credited to the player's rahaph wallet promptly following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. rahaph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. rahaph does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.4 GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours during standard operating hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and Metrobank are processed within 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during public holidays, system maintenance, or in cases where additional verification is required.

4.5 rahaph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting supporting documentation for any transaction that may be deemed unusual. Withdrawal processing will be paused during any active investigation.

5.1 rahaph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, tournament prizes, and other promotional rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be disclosed at the time the offer is presented.

5.2 Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements specify the total volume of qualifying bets that must be placed using the bonus funds before a withdrawal request will be approved.

5.3 rahaph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to bonus terms will be published on the rahaph platform.

5.4 Bonuses and promotional funds are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Bonus funds that remain unused beyond their stated expiry date will be removed from the player's account automatically.

5.5 rahaph reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and/or cancel promotions if rahaph reasonably suspects that a player has attempted to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any promotion, bonus offer, or game — including but not limited to using low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay engagement.

• One bonus offer per player, per promotion, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to fulfill minimum deposit requirements for subsequent bonuses.
• All bonus terms must be read and understood before accepting any offer on rahaph.

6.1 All games offered on the rahaph platform operate according to specific game rules published within each game interface. By placing a bet on any rahaph game, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the applicable game rules.

6.2 All live casino games on rahaph are managed by professional dealers operating from licensed studios. Game outcomes are final once the round has completed and all results have been confirmed by the dealer or game system. rahaph is not responsible for outcomes affected by a player's failure to act within the allotted decision window.

6.3 All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on rahaph are powered by independently certified random number generation systems. The randomness and fairness of all RNG games is regularly audited by approved third-party testing laboratories.

6.4 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error occurring during a game round, rahaph will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state using available data. If reconstruction is not possible, any bets affected by the malfunction may be refunded to the player's account at rahaph's discretion.

6.5 rahaph reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome where a technical error, human error, or system failure has produced a materially incorrect result. In such cases, affected players will be notified and any applicable adjustments will be made to account balances.

7.1 The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on rahaph, whether under the same or different personal information.
• Using false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access rahaph if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other players to defraud rahaph or other players.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the rahaph platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any such discoveries must be reported immediately to rahaph support.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using rahaph for money laundering purposes.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the rahaph platform or the experience of other players.
• Accessing rahaph from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using a VPN or other circumvention technology to mask your location.

8.1 All content on the rahaph platform — including but not limited to the rahaph brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, game graphics, sound effects, software, text, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of rahaph or its licensed content providers.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the rahaph platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.

8.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any rahaph content without the prior written consent of rahaph. Any unauthorized use of rahaph intellectual property constitutes infringement and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

9.1 rahaph collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at rahaph.cam/privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the rahaph Privacy Policy.

9.2 rahaph is committed to protecting player data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

9.3 rahaph may share player data with third parties, including payment processors, KYC verification providers, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies, where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform. Such sharing will always be conducted in accordance with the rahaph Privacy Policy.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rahaph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the rahaph platform, including but not limited to losses arising from game results, technical malfunctions, third-party payment delays, or unauthorized account access.

10.2 rahaph provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rahaph does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific games.

10.3 rahaph's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits rahaph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11.1 rahaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time and without prior notice where rahaph has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The player is engaged in, or is suspected of, fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• The player is under 21 years of age.
• Account activity suggests the player may have a gambling problem and would benefit from a temporary restriction.
• rahaph is required to do so by a regulatory body, court order, or law enforcement authority.

11.2 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting rahaph support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting withdrawal eligibility criteria) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13.2 The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the rahaph platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.2.

13.3 Your continued use of rahaph following the effective date of any revised Terms shall constitute your full and binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

14.1 These Terms and Conditions, and all matters relating to the rahaph platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to rahaph customer support for internal resolution. rahaph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.1 If you have any questions about these Terms and Conditions, or if you wish to submit a complaint, request account closure, or raise any concern regarding your rahaph account, you may contact rahaph customer support using the details below.

15.3 All formal legal notices, including notices of dispute, must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] with the subject line "Legal Notice — [Your Account Username]." rahaph will acknowledge receipt of legal notices within three (3) business days.
